1. Overview
These Billing Terms govern subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellation, and payment handling for Cashflow. Cashflow is a product of TavoFusion Inc..
2. Current Offer
- Plan: Founding Member
- Price: $29.00/mo per month unless a different price is displayed at checkout.
- Trial: 14-day free trial for eligible new accounts.
- Billing frequency: monthly recurring billing.
- Payment processor: Stripe unless another provider is explicitly listed at checkout.
3. Recurring Billing and Consent
By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until cancellation. Checkout discloses recurring amount, billing frequency, trial terms if applicable, and cancellation instructions before final confirmation.
4. Trial Conversion
If a trial is configured to convert to paid service, checkout identifies trial end timing, post-trial recurring price, and cancellation steps before any charge is made.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel online through billing settings when available. If portal access is unavailable, contact support@tavofusion.com or support@tavofusion.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access may continue through the current paid period unless required otherwise by law.
6. Payment Failure
Failed payments may trigger retry attempts, service notices, and temporary paid-feature restrictions. Paid plan status is based on verified payment-provider status events.
7. Price Changes
If pricing changes for active subscriptions, we provide advance notice through reasonable channels and allow cancellation before the change takes effect.
8. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider.
